2011 NZ$ Prices For Adminsoft Professional Practice Software
Adminsoft Professional Practice Software Licences are issued on the basis of the
number of personnel being administered, and the number of users
(workstations) if a Local Area Network (or Citrix or Terminal Services) is used to access data. All our
software runs under Windows 7/Vista/XP.
Corporate versions of the software, that handle multiple offices, divisions and work-groups, are also available.
For firms with branch offices, the software can be run as a bureau (at head office say),
or run independently at separate branch sites. In the latter case, the biggest office would
have a "Full Licence" and other branches would purchase only a "Half Licence"
(i.e. 50% discount off the normal price for their number of staff and network usage).
Our Transfer Facility ($500 for the main office + $250 per branch) enables monitoring by
head office and consolidated reporting.
- These are New Zealand prices only, and do not include Goods and Services Tax (GST). (If you are based in another country, please contact us direct, and we will supply pricing for you.)
- Annual Update Contracts cost 12.5% (approx.) of the respective Licence purchase price. They commence at installation, and are renewed on each anniversary subsequently.
- Installation, Training, Consulting, and User Support are all additional charges (all normally at $180 per hour +GST). Costs such as travel (including kilometres and travel time), toll charges for user support, etc. are also normally passed on to the user.
- Pre-Paid Support Contracts are available ($500+GST in advance for $600 worth of support).
- Customised software development is also available, if required (for things like special reports, links to other software, etc.).
Software Lease/Rental Arrangements
We offer lease/rental arrangements for our software, for those who prefer this instead of purchasing it.
Leasing has the obvious advantages of lower commitment (especially in the first year or so while you get to know us),
and a smoother cash-flow. Within New Zealand there is the additional advantage that all rental payments can be expensed in the
year that they occur, whereas software purchases must be capitalized.

Address Book and Job Modules
The Address Book can be purchased just on it's own (if you don't require Time & Cost). You can also purchase the Address Book and Jobs modules bundled together. This is appropriate if you just want databases for your clients and jobs, and nothing else (i.e. no Time & Cost).

Other Modules
There are special prices for the Address Book and Jobs modules if you have
not purchased them bundled with the Time & Cost, but they are purchased
together with other modules that require them (e.g. WorkFlow or Debtors).
You only need purchase the Address Book and Jobs companion modules once
(regardless of how many modules will use the client and jobs data).
The âSole Traderâ pricing is for a professional
person who is working completely on his or her own - from an office at home or
whatever. (He or she may have a part time non-professional assistant, who does some data entry and
administration, say). The software can be installed only on a single computer.
